ADDITIONAL LISTING

Kier Group plc (the "Company") announces that today, application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the admission to the Official List of a block listing of 200,000 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company (the "Shares") and to the London Stock Exchange for such Shares to be admitted to trading, in each case when issued.

The Shares will be issued to the trustee of the Kier Group 1999 Employee Benefit Trust to satisfy future obligations of the Company under the Kier Group plc 2010 Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP").

When issued, the Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.

Admission is expected to be effective on 6 July 2018.
