Kingspan Group plc announces that on 29 November 2011 it disposed of 150,000 of its Treasury Shares. The Treasury Shares were transferred at a price of EUR6.00 per share.
Following the above transfer, the Company holds 4,938,257 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The Company now has 166,915,822 Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares). The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the under Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
