Kingspan Group PLC28 September 2005 Kingspan Group plc Disposal of shares 28th September 2005 The Company has today been informed that the Chairman, Eugene Murtagh, disposedof 5,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company on the 28th September 2005.Following this disposal, Mr. Murtagh continues to hold 35,000,000 shares in theCompany representing 20.81% of the Company's issued share capital. Mr. Murtaghinformed the Company that he has no present intention to further reduce hisshareholding.
