Annual General Meeting
Knights today holds its Annual General Meeting at 10.00am at its office at Riverside Court, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 1DL.
At the AGM, the Group's Chairman, Bal Johal, will make the following remarks:
Knights delivered a solid financial performance for the last financial year with revenue growth of 13%, against a challenging market backdrop, as the resilience of our unique model enabled us to successfully navigate these challenges whilst continuing to develop a strong platform to support future growth.
The Board is pleased to report that the momentum that was starting to build at the end of FY23 has continued into the new financial year, as the Group continues to successfully execute its growth strategy.
