("Knights", the "Company" or the "Group")
PDMR Notification
On 11 February 2022 each of Kate Lewis (Chief Financial Officer of Knights), Andrew Pilkington (Client Services Director) and Lisa Bridgwood (Company Secretary and General Counsel of Knights) exercised share options at a price of £1.6152 per share granted under a Save As You Earn Scheme governed by Knights Omnibus Plan, which began on 20 December 2018.
Each of Kate Lewis and Andrew Pilkington subsequently sold the shares which were subject to the exercise of the award.
The total number of shares in issue following the exercise of the option referred to above is 84,505,230 ordinary shares of £0.002 each.
The following notifications are made under article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation ("MAR") relating to certain transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") in the shares of the Company.
