Result of AGM

The Board is pleased to announce that at Knights Annual General Meeting, held today at 11.00am, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed. The result of votes cast by proxy for each resolution were as follows:

For the purposes of resolution 13 the Company confirmed at its AGM that it intends to comply with the guidelines set out within the Statement of Principles on Disapplying Pre-Emption Rights most recently published by the Pre-Emption Group. Accordingly, the Company will consult with shareholders if it were to seek to issue non-pre-emptively equity securities that represent more than 7.5% of its issued ordinary share capital within a three year rolling period subject to the exclusions set out within those guidelines.
