Notification of Transactions by Director/Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ('PDMR')
Kingfisher plc (the 'Company') today announces the following share transactions made by Karen Witts, Chief Financial Officer (PDMR) and Claudia Arney, Non-Executive Director (PDMR).
On Tuesday 4 December, Karen Witts exercised options over ordinary shares of 15 5/7p in the Company granted under the Kingfisher Incentive Share Plan 2015 (the 'KISP'). Karen exercised a total of 32,194 options and sold 15,192 shares to cover the tax liability arising on the exercise of these options. 17,002 shares were retained following the above transactions.
Karen also exercised options over ordinary shares of 15 5/7p in the Company granted under the Kingfisher Incentive Share Scheme (the 'KISS'). Karen exercised a total of 1,333 options and sold 635 shares to cover the tax liability arising on the exercise of these options. 698 shares were retained following the above transactions.
Claudia Arney purchased 27,460 ordinary shares in Kingfisher plc on Wednesday 5 December 2018.
