Strix Group Plc (AIM:KETL), the AIM quoted global leader in the design, manufacture and supply of kettle safety controls and other complementary water temperature management components, has been notified that Harry Kyriacou, Chief Commercial Officer, has sold 48,566 ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 209.7671 pence per Ordinary Share. The sale is primarily to finance the income tax and National Insurance liabilities relating to the exercise of Company options announced on 21 April 2022.Following this disposal, Harry now holds 48,567 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.02% of the current Issued Share Capital of the Company.The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation as it forms part of UK domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, provides further detail.Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them.
