Kin and Carta plc - Total Voting Rights and Share Capital
In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's (FCA) Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, Kin and Carta plc ("the Company") notifies the market of the following:
That, as of today, 31 December 2020, the Company's issued share capital consists of 168,936,265 ordinary shares of 10 pence each with voting rights attached (one vote per ordinary share). The Company holds 90,637 shares in treasury.
Therefore, the total number of shares with full voting rights in the Company at today's date is 168,845,628 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Kin and Carta plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
