Board change
KCOM Group PLC (the "Group") today announces that Graham Holden has indicated his intention to step down from his role as Non-Executive Chairman, and from the Board, on 31 December 2018.
Patrick de Smedt, the Group's Senior Independent Non-Executive Director, will become Interim Non-Executive Chairman while the Board undertakes a search for a permanent replacement. That process is underway and an announcement will be made in due course.
Once a replacement has been appointed, Patrick de Smedt will resume his position as Senior Independent Non-Executive Director.
Patrick de Smedt said:
