NOTIFICATION OF RELEASE OF SHARES TO DIRECTORS
AS SPECIFIED UNDER DTR 3.1.2 R

The Company Executive Incentive Plan (EIP) was introduced on 24th July 2009 and vested on 24th July 2012. The three Executive Directors, Bill Halbert, Paul Simpson and Kevin Walsh, were all participants in the scheme. Bill Halbert received his vested shares in full on 24th July 2012. The other two directors' vested shares were released 50 per cent on 24th July 2012 with 25 per cent then to be released on each of 24th July 2013 and 24th July 2014. This notification therefore confirms the release of shares to Paul Simpson and Kevin Walsh, in accordance with the rules of the EIP.
This release of shares took place in London on 24th July 2013 and the Company was notified on 24th July 2013.
