NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS BY PDMRs
AS SPECIFIED UNDER DTR 3.1.4R(1)

KCOM Group PLC (the "Company") announces that, on 28 November 2012, ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company were sold by the Company's Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") listed below in order to cover tax and NI liabilities arising from the release of shares to the PDMRs under the KCOM Group PLC Employee Incentive Plan. The shares were sold at a price of 69.45p each.
The transactions took place in London and were notified to the Company in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R on 28 November 2012.
