K3, which supplies and supports Microsoft-based Enterprise Resource Planning software to the supply chain industry, announces that as a result of the purchase of ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") by the K3 Business Technology Group plc Share Incentive Plan (an HM Revenues & Customs approved all employee share purchase plan) (the "Plan") on 2nd March 2011 at a price per Share of ÂŁ1.90, the following executive directors have the following interests as a result of their personal participation in the Plan:
