Exercise of Options
K3 announces that application has been made for the admission of 2,314 new ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of options under the K3 Business Technology Group Savings Related Share Option Scheme 2010.
The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of the Company. Admission of the 2,314 ordinary shares is expected to take place on 30 November 2011. Following admission, the total issued share capital of the Company will be 28,474,477 ordinary shares of 25p each. This figure of 28,474,477 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
