("the Company") Dividend The Directors of the Company are pleased to announce that, subject to obtainingshareholders' approval at the annual general meeting of the Company, a grossannual dividend of €0.053 per share for the year ended 31 December 2006 will bepaid on 3 July 2007 (dividend payment date) to shareholders on the register on 8June 2007 (record date).
