Limited in the Engel Group, which was announced on 1 December2006, two new non-executive directors, Yeshayahu Boymelgreen and Sam Salman,were appointed to the Board at the Company's AGM held earlier today. Yeshayahu Boymelgreen, 56, will join the Board as a non-executive director. Heis currently the chairman of the Boymelgreen Group, an international investment,finance and development conglomerate, headquartered in New York City.Boymelgreen Group's portfolio of assets includes premier residential, commercialand hospitality properties around the world and a US based bank.
