Total Voting Rights
Kape (AIM: KAPE), the consumer security software business, confirms that following the completion of its acquisition of LTMI Holdings and the admission of 11,648,059 ordinary shares of US$0.0001 par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange, the Company's issued share capital now consists of 160,144,132 Ordinary Shares. The Company holds 4,008,826 Ordinary Shares in treasury, following the transfer of 381,616 Ordinary Shares out of treasury to satisfy the exercise of options by Kape employees. The Kape Technologic plc Employee Benefit Trust holds 1,800,000 Ordinary Shares, the voting rights to which have been waived.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Kape is 154,335,306, which is the figure which should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Kape Technologies plc shares under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
