Board Appointment
Further to the announcement of 27 October 2016 Crossrider (AIM: CROS), is pleased to confirm that Moran Laufer, CFO, has been appointed to the board.
Mr Laufer's full name is Moran Laufer, he is 34 years old. He is currently a director of MNM Consultants Limited. In the past five years he has been a director of no other companies.
There are no other disclosures required relating to Mr. Laufer's appointment in accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules.
