Director Dealings
Kape (AIM: KAPE), the consumer security software business, has been notified on 19 November 2019 of the following share purchases of, and transactions in, the Ordinary Shares of the Company by certain directors.
Moran Laufer, Chief Financial Officer, purchased a total of 24,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 91 pence per share.
David Cotterrell, Non-executive Director, purchased a total of 40,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 102 pence per share.
Following the above transactions, Mr. Laufer now has a total beneficial interest in 74,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.05% of the current share capital of the Company. Mr. Cotterrell now has a total beneficial interest in 88,544 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.06% of the current share capital of the Company.
