On the change of composition of the Board of Directors of NAC Kazatomprom JSC

According to a notice received by NAC Kazatomprom JSC (hereinafter - "the Company" or "Kazatomprom"), Mr. Marc Kasher announced his decision to resign from his position as an independent Director of the Board of Directors of the Company, effective 19 June 2023.

"I would like to thank Marc Kasher for his significant contribution to the continued success of Kazatomprom on the global uranium market. His expertise has been invaluable and I would like to wish him well in his next assignment" - said Neil Longfellow, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kazatomprom.
