("TAL") had issued a preliminary prospectus, JZEP is pleased to announcethat the public offering of TAL was priced at $18 per common share. Based upon the achieved price, JZEP's shares would be valued at approximatelyUS$27.1 million( indicative value at 29th September, 2005 was US$28.5 million)and would increase the net asset value per share of JZEP by approximately 6.9pper share compared with 7.6p per share indicated in the earlier announcement.
