The Board of JZCP (the "Board") is pleased to announce that it has approved the payment of a dividend amounting to 15 cents per Ordinary share, which will be payable by the Company in respect of the year ended 28 February 2013, with the following details:

Dividend per Share 15 cents (US Dollar)

Following the strategic initiatives approved by Shareholders on 3 July 2012, and the payment of an interim dividend amounting to 14 cents per Ordinary share for the period ended 31 October 2012, the above dividend has been calculated at 3 per cent. of the Net Asset Value ("NAV) for the year ended 28 February 2013.

Shareholders are reminded that if they wish to receive dividend payments in Sterling, they must elect to do so by contacting Equiniti Limited before close of business on 31 May 2013. Failure to make this election will result in payment of the dividend in US dollars. Shareholders who have elected to receive previous dividends in Sterling, and wish to receive the interim dividend in Sterling are not required to take any further action.
