Dividend Declaration

The Board of JZCP (the “Board”) is pleased to announce that it has approved the payment of a dividend amounting to 16 cents per Ordinary share, which will be payable by the Company in respect of the six month period ended 31 August 2015, with the following details:

Ex-Date 5 November 2015

Record Date 6 November 2015

Pay Date 27 November 2015

Dividend per Share 16 cents (US Dollar)

This interim dividend has been calculated at 3 per cent. of the Net Asset Value (“NAV) per year (1.5 per cent. at this interim stage).

The New Ordinary Shares allocated as part of the Project Juice Placing and Open Offer will not be eligible to receive this dividend.

Shareholders are reminded that if they wish to receive dividend payments in Sterling, they must elect to do so by contacting Equiniti Limited before close of business on 6 November 2015. Failure to make this election will result in payment of the dividend in US dollars. Shareholders who have elected to receive previous dividends in Sterling, and wish to receive the interim dividend in Sterling are not required to take any further action.
