Issue of Equity
Digital Marketing Group plc (AIM: DIGI), the UK's largest digital marketing specialist,has made application for the admission of 235,803 ordinary shares of 5p each to trading on AIM ("Admission"). These shares have been issued pursuant to the exercise of employee share options. Admission is expected to be effective at 8.00am on 10 September 2010.
