Appointment of Chief Executive Officer and Directorate Change

Jaywing plc (AIM: JWNG), the UK agency specialising in data science, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Andrew Fryatt as Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect. Andrew will report directly to the Board of the Company and it is expected that he will join the Board as soon as practicable. Ian Robinson's role as Chairman will remain in a non-executive capacity.

Andrew Fryatt is an experienced CEO and Managing Director with significant experience in strategic planning with Boards and leading management teams in technology-based businesses operating in competitive and client-centric markets. Most recently he managed Zen Internet's largest division and previous roles include Managing Director of Daisy Retail, the largest sales channel of Daisy Group Plc and Chief Executive Officer of Ideal Shopping Direct Plc.

Ian Robinson, Chairman, commented:

The Company also announces that Rob Shaw has stepped down as a Director and Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect.

Following the recent announcement that Mike Sprot has stepped down as Director and Chief Financial Officer, the search for a new Chief Financial Officer will begin under the direction of Andrew Fryatt.
