Total Voting Rights

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1R of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules the Company makes the following announcement:

As at 29 August 2025, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 544,979,510 Ordinary Shares of 2 pence each per share, each with one vote.

As at 29 August 2025, the Company holds 16,349,385 shares in Treasury and has 528,630,125 in issue excluding Treasury shares. The Company may not exercise any right to vote attached to Treasury shares. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Jupiter is 528,630,125. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Jupiter Fund Management plc in accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
