Result of Audit Tender

Jupiter Fund Management plc announces that, following a formal tender process led by the Audit and Risk Committee, the Board has approved the appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as auditor for the financial year ending 31 December 2023. Their appointment will be subject to shareholder approval at the 2023 Annual General Meeting.

PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP will remain the Group's auditors for the financial years ending 31 December 2021 and, subject to their reappointment at the 2022 Annual General Meeting, 31 December 2022.

Polly Williams, Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee said:
