Appointment of a Non-Executive Director

As disclosed in our final results announcement released earlier today, Jupiter Fund Management plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Suzy Neubert as an independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 March 2022.

Suzy Neubert is a qualified barrister and skilled asset management executive with 30 years' experience. She has an in-depth knowledge of capital markets and asset management and previously led the Global Distribution function at J O Hambro Capital Management. Prior to this Suzy was Managing Director of Equity Markets at Merrill Lynch and brings an excellent understanding of clients across wholesale, institutional and retail client channels.

Suzy currently serves as Senior Independent Director of Witan Investment Trust plc and is also a Non-Executive Director of Isio.

Committee Changes

Suzy will join both the Company's Remuneration and Nomination Committees with effect from her appointment.

As Polly Williams will not be seeking re-election at the 2022 AGM, David Cruickshank will be appointed as the Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee, with effect from the conclusion of the Company's AGM on 11 May 2022.
