JSG, a leading UK textile services provider, announces that on 18 December 2018, Chris Sander, Chief Executive Officer, acquired 10,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 114.2 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Chris Sander has a beneficial interest in 535,930 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
