Johnson Service Group PLC (the 'Company') announces that, on 14 October 2021, Jock Lennox, Non-Executive Chairman, and Peter Egan, Chief Executive Officer, each acquired ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares'), as follows:
