Exercise of Share Options / PDMR Dealing
Johnson Service Group PLC (the 'Company') announces the following share transactions carried out by two of its Directors on 26 March 2021.
Peter Egan, Chief Executive Officer, and Yvonne Monaghan, Chief Financial Officer, each exercised options under the Company's 2009 Long Term Incentive Plan (the 'LTIP'). The options were granted on 27 March 2017 with a performance period commencing 1 January 2017 and ending 31 December 2019. The performance conditions, calculated as disclosed on page 96 of the Company's 2020 Annual Report, were met as follows:

The gross gain, at the point of exercise, attributable to each of Peter Egan and Yvonne Monaghan in respect of the above transactions, prior to any taxation liabilities and dealing costs, was £146,471 and £423,015 respectively.
Following the above transactions, Peter Egan retains a beneficial interest in 271,904 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.06% of the Company's total issued share capital as at today's date, and Yvonne Monaghan retains a beneficial interest in 694,955 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.16% of the Company's total issued share capital as at today's date.
