Jadestone Energy Announces Tyrus Share Purchase
January 24, 2019-Singapore: Jadestone Energy Inc. (AIM:JSE, TSXV:JSE) ("Jadestone" or the "Company"), an independent oil and gas production company focused on the Asia Pacific region, has received notification from Tyrus Capital S.A.M. ("Tyrus"), of the following transactions in the Company's common shares of no par value, by Tyrus:
