Board Update

5 December 2025 - Singapore: Jadestone Energy plc (AIM:JSE) (the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries, "Jadestone" or the "Group"), an independent upstream production and development company focused on the Asia-Pacific region, is pleased to announce the extension of Dr. Adel Chaouch's role as Executive Chairman.

Since assuming the Executive Chairman role on 5 December 2024, Dr. Chaouch has successfully delivered several important strategic initiatives, including the recruitment of T. Mitch Little as CEO in June 2025. Mr. Little has assumed full responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of the Company and is having a positive impact on the business. 

The Board believes that extending Dr. Chaouch's role as Executive Chairman, specifically focused on strategic initiatives to unlock and communicate the Company's underlying value, will be complementary to Mr. Little's role as CEO and will maximize shareholder value. Dr. Chaouch's extended contract as Executive Chairman will expire, and his role will revert to Non-Executive Chairman, no later than 4 December 2026.
