J.P MORGAN PRIVATE EQUITY LIMITED (THE "COMPANY")

DIRECTOR DECLARATION

In accordance with UKLA Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company announces that Mr Trevor Ash, the Chairman of the Company, has informed the Company that with effect from 19 August 2013 he has resigned as a director of Dexion Absolute Limited, which is listed on the London Stock Exchange.

There have been no other changes to the information set out in the UKLA Listing Rules 9.6.13R (2) to 9.6.13R (6) in respect of Mr Ash.
