The Board of JPMorgan UK Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc announces that, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 5th December 2022, a final dividend of 6.9 pence per ordinary share will be paid on 19th December 2022 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 11th November 2022 (ex-dividend 10th November 2022).
