Total Voting Rights
In accordance with 5.6.1 R of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), Johnson Matthey Plc (the "Company") announces that its total issued share capital at the close of business on 31st August 2022 comprised 193,589,845 ordinary shares of 110 49/53 pence each. This includes 10,136,428 ordinary shares of 110 49/53 pence each held in treasury. All of the issued shares carry voting rights of one vote per share. Treasury shares are not taken into consideration in relation to the payment of dividends and voting at shareholder meetings.
The total number of the Company's ordinary shares with voting rights is 183,453,417. This figure may be used by shareholders for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their major interest in, or a change to their major interest in, the Company under the DTRs.
