TR-1: Standard form for notification of major holdings

The Company announces that, on 19th November 2024, it received from Jefferies Financial Group Inc. ("JFG") TR-1 forms in respect of notifications of major holdings in the Company's shares arising from transactions undertaken by JFG in the period from 16th May 2023 to 28th February 2024 (the "Historic TR-1 Notifications"). In accordance with the Company's obligations under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, and having discussed the matter with the Financial Conduct Authority, the Company is making this announcement and attaching the Historic TR-1 Notifications, which are set out in the attached schedule http://www.rns-pdf.londonstockexchange.com/rns/8782M_1-2024-11-19.pdf. The Company notes that the Historic TR-1 Notifications, which JFG had sought to submit to the Company during the period 16th May 2023 to 28th February 2024, but had been misdirected and so not received by the Company, refer to JFG's interest in the Company's shares at various dates in the period from 16th May 2023 to 28th February 2024 and therefore do not reflect JFG's current interest. The latest interest of JFG in the Company's shares that has been notified to the Company by JFG is as set out in the announcement made by the Company at 5:41pm (UK time) on 14th November 2024.
