REASONS FOR SUSPENSION OF SHARES

Shares in Jubilee Platinum Plc (JLP.L) have this afternoon been temporarily suspended from trading on AIM pending the publication of the Company's interim results.

The results have this afternoon been published on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, forcing temporary suspension on AIM as simultaneous release of information on both exchanges is required. We expect the results to be released to the AIM market at 07:00 on Tuesday.
