Dealing
Jubilee, the AIM and Altx traded metals processing company, was notified today, that Dr Mathews Phosa, Non- Executive director of the Company, sold 1 500 000 Jubilee ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") of 1 pence each at a price of 15 pence (ZAR 294 cents) per ordinary share on 9 June 2022. Following this transaction, Dr Phosa holds 2 727 384 Ordinary Shares in Jubilee, representing approximately 0.10% of the issued share capital of the Company.
