Jubilee Platinum PLC04 May 2007 JUBILEE PLATINUM PLC ("Jubilee" or "the Company") ISSUE OF SHARES Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 1,662,500 newOrdinary Shares of £0.01 each to be admitted to trading on AIM and on the JSE.Dealing is expected to commence in these shares on 10 May, 2007. These Ordinary Shares have been allotted to South African financial institutionsat a strike price of ZAR16 (£1.14), the proceeds of which will be used toaccelerate the exploration and drilling programme of the Company's flagshipTjate project located in South Africa's Bushveld complex.
