John Laing Infrastructure Fund Limited

Initial Dividend

John Laing Infrastructure Fund Limited (JLIF) is pleased to announce its first interim dividend of 0.5 pence per share for the one month period from listing through to 31 December 2010. This is equivalent to an annualised rate of 6.0 pence per share and is in line with JLIF's recently published prospectus. The interim dividend will be paid on 7 April 2011 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 4 March 2011.

As stated in the prospectus the next intended dividend distribution will be in respect of the 6 month period to 30 June 2011.
