In accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company announces that it has been notified of the following change to directorships in other publicly quoted companies held by a member of the Board.

Mr Talmai Morgan is a Non-Executive Director and the Chairman of Sherborne Investors (Guernsey) C Limited, a Guernsey domiciled investment fund, which has commenced dealing in its ordinary shares on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and been admitted to the Specialist Fund Segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority today.
