JOHN LAING INFRASTRUCTURE FUND LIMITED ("JLIF")

DIRECTOR DECLARATION

In accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.14 (2), JLIF advises it has been notified of the following change to directorships in other publicly quoted companies held by a member of the Board.

Mr Paul Lester was appointed as a non-executive director and Chairman of Forterra plc, on 11 April 2016.

Forterra plc was today admitted to listing on the premium listing segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on London Stock Exchange plc's main market for listed securities.
