DIRECTOR DECLARATION

In accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.14 (2), JLIF advises it has been notified of the following change to directorships in other publicly quoted companies held by a member of the Board.

Mr Talmai Morgan is Chairman of DCG IRIS Limited which was admitted to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange on 27 June 2012. Mr Morgan became a director of DCG IRIS Limited on 24 April 2012.
