DIRECTOR DECLARATION

In accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.14 (2), JLIF advises it has been notified of the following change to directorships in other publicly quoted companies held by a member of the Board.

Ms. Helen Green will be appointed as a non-executive director of Aberdeen Emerging Markets Investment Company Limited with effect from 1 July 2016.

Aberdeen Emerging Markets Investment Company Limited was admitted to trading on the Official List of the UKLA and trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange on 10 November 2009.
