DIRECTOR DECLARATION

In accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.14 (2), JLIF advises it has been notified of the following change to directorships in other publicly quoted companies held by a member of the Board.

Ms Helen Green was appointed as a non-executive director of City Natural Resources High Yield Trust plc, on 1 September 2015. City Natural Resources High Yield Trust plc was admitted to trading on the Official List of the UKLA and trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange on 4 November, 1994.
