Jelf Group PLC15 January 2007 Jelf Group plc RNS - Share Options In October 2005 Jelf Group plc announced that it had been successful inestablishing an exclusive relationship with a team of employee benefitconsultants. This team forms part of the Jelf Employee Benefits offering andfocus on an area of corporate pensions restructuring which is in high demandfrom existing clients. In line with the Agreement made with them in October2005, Jelf Group plc are very pleased to announce the issue of 490,000 shareoptions to the members of this team. These options have been issued at the average closing AIM price for the sharesfor the period 12 December 2006 to 11 January 2007, which was 230p. Theseoptions vest on 12 January 2010 and are exercisable for one year. The Agreement made with this team will result in the issue of further shareoptions, subject to performance conditions being achieved, following the 2007and 2008 year ends.
