The Company was informed on 28 May 2014 that on 21 May 2014 Helen Davis, a member of the Jelf executive management team, purchased 20,600 Ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") into her SIPP at a price of 119p per share.
Mrs Davis's beneficial shareholding is now 175,777 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.21% of the Company's current issued ordinary share capital.
