Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has today been informed that on 2 September 2011 Anthony Grahame Stott (known as Grahame Stott) acquired 50,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at 60 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction Mr. Stott is interested in 300,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.35% of the Company's current issued share capital with voting rights.
