Publication of Prospectus

On 15 December 2016, the Company announced that the special resolution put forward to shareholders, to approve the allotment and issue of up to 150 million new ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") pursuant to a placing programme (the "Placing Programme") on a non-pre-emptive basis, was approved at the Company's extraordinary general meeting.

The Board is pleased to announce that the Company has today published a prospectus in connection with the Placing Programme which will enable the Company to issue up to 150 million New Ordinary Shares either by way of a series of placings, further tap issuance or a combination of both (the "Prospectus").

The Prospectus will shortly be available on the Company's website at www.jlen.com and on the National Storage Mechanism at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM. The Prospectus will also be made available at the Company's offices at Sarnia House, Le Truchot, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 1GR.
